The Eastern Slovakia Space Cluster (VSVK) will participate in the prestigious innovation festival INOFEST 2025, which will take place on September 23–24, 2025, at the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of STU in Trnava. This year, the festival is held under the motto: “Europe is returning to industry – through innovation!”

Space Labs meetups, organized by Šimon Mackoviak, focus on fostering discussion among leading researchers in space innovation.

The ESA Košice-Miskolc conference brought together leading space industry researchers to discuss new technological projects and research.

The general assembly of the Eastern Slovak Space Cluster (VSVK) took place on June 10, 2025, with members discussing cluster activities and strategies for the space sector.

The Eastern Slovak Space Cluster (VSVK) was officially established on January 3, 2025, as a key institution to organize and develop the space industry in eastern Slovakia.

The CanSat competition enabled students to navigate and construct prototype satellites. The finals took place in May 2025, delivering inspiring results.

Institute of Experimental Physics, Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAV)

The Institute of Experimental Physics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, based in Košice, is a leading research institution focused on experimental physics. Pavol Jozef Šafárik University (UPJŠ)
